In order to earn a Referral Fee the following conditions must be met: 

1. Advance written referral via our website submission form or by email to info@mybriefstay.com from you to Brief Stay that includes the name, email, phone# and the property address subject to short term rental management. You will receive email confirmation of all referrals within 48hrs of submission for your record.   2. The referred party successfully signs up with Brief Stay short term rental management after being introduced by the referring party and completes 30 consecutive days of management services, coupled with a minimum of 10 days of  guest stays fulfilled.    

Once the conditions are met, a virtual Visa gift card in the amount of $250 will be sent to you via email within 10 business days and can be redeemed anywhere the Visa logo is accepted.
