Brief Stay charges a competitive based on the percentage of the gross income earned for marketing, guest support, monthly accounting and coordination of vendors and service providers. financial reporting, and more.


We offer to match if not beat any written rates for equal services offered by another local company.


Brief Stay makes it simple! All we ask for you to provide written notice to your current management company and we will do the rest. With  support we will coordinate the transition of keys, and other details regarding the property. 


Brief Stay utilizes a variety of marketing channels, including online listings such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia, Google, social media, and local advertising, to reach potential tenants and fill vacancies quickly. 


Brief Stay utilizes a variety of technologies to assist in providing access, communication with guests pre-stay, during stay and post stay, allowing access and securing home, monitoring activities (noise, smoking, etc).


Brief Stay highly recommend our clients to consider acquiring supplemental short-term rental insurance by consulting their current homeowner's insurance provider. This ensures comprehensive coverage and peace of mind for every aspect of their valuable property.


Each booking we facilitate through Airbnb or Vrbo comes additional coverage. Below is a general guide to their coverages.


Airbnb Additional Coverage:

  • $3 million USD damage protection: We’re tripling damage protection from $1 million USD to $3 million USD, covering both your home and its contents. 
  • Art and valuables protection: We protect a wider range of fine art, jewelry, and collectibles, which may be repaired or replaced at appraised value if damaged. 
  • Auto and boat protection: We provide damage protection for cars, boats, and other watercraft that you park or store at your property. 
  • 24-hour safety line: If you ever feel unsafe, our app provides one-tap access to specially-trained safety agents, day or night. 
  • Pet damage protection: We pay for damage done by four-legged guests. Deep cleaning: We reimburse for extra cleaning services required to remove stains and smoke odors. 
  • Income loss protection: We reimburse you for lost income if you cancel confirmed Airbnb bookings due to guest damage.

Vrbo Additional Coverage:

  • $1 million USD, coverage in addition to your existing owner's policy.
